Payment:
Only accept payment before fulfill the ordering. Payments are due within 2 days of purchase if we agreed on a deadline and drawing the sketches. If don't receive the payment within 2 days after when drew the sketch we'll consider the order cancelled.

Refunds:
The Mahinarium fulfill individual orders and therefore after the doll has finished the customer is not entitled to withdraw the order and to reclaim purchase price.

Shipping:
In all cases we shipping with the FedEx. The FedEx shipping and fee stated Outside the EU and overseas territories payment of duties shall be counted!

Privacy Policy:
In the website operated by us, data management is displayed strictly in connection with the purchase of the product (such as invoicing, delivery, electronic payment), we keep our data confidential, we will not pass it on to third parties for marketing purposes, not send newsletters or any advertising material.
